RETURNS POLICY

Return of a Purchase

If you are unhappy with your purchase or wish to exchange a purchased product, please notify us within 14 calender days of your delivery date by emailing to request a returns form.

Please check prior to make sure you meet the returns policy requirements below. Once you’ve complete the returns form, it will take upto 48 hours to be processed, at which point you will be provided details on where to send your parcel.

All items returned must be in the original packaging as it has been sent, and in perfect, re-saleable condition. If items are missing any of their protective seals, strips, tags or appear to have been tampered with or used, then the item will not be refunded.

*Please note that we do not offer free returns. The following services are also non-refundable; express delivery, delivery outside of the UK and our gift wrapping services.

Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept any of the following for returns or exchanges; latex or leather products, sexually used items such as toys and lingerie. If purchasing Bracli lingerie, please be aware that pearl thongs or bodies are non-refundable – for hygiene reasons due to the nature of their design. Please ensure that briefs are tried on over your own underwear – we do not accept returns of any lingerie-items that have been worn or are returned in non-resalable condition. Any product in which the packaging has been opened will no longer be able to be returned.

Our Gift cards and gift boxes are non-returnable & cannot be refunded.

Return of Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you wish to return a product because they are faulty or incorrect, Please email us at with your order number and details of the fault, prior to sending the parcel. Any faulty products must be returned within 30 days of purchase to be valid for a refund.
